BBC RADIO LEEDS LIVE SESSION

And we’re off! Festival season starts here for me…

I eased into it with a session at Todmorden Folk Festival 2018 with my good friend James Tween. We were stationed in The Bare Arts Café in Todmorden between 12-4pm on Saturday 5th May, along with a variety of other singers and musicians. The weather was absolutely amazing and this year’s festival seemed to be even more successful than previous years! Lots of sell-out concerts and plenty of people out and about on the streets to watch the dancing etc…

On May the 6th I popped in to BBC Radio Leeds to do a live session for The Durberville’s Folk and Roots Show. I was there alongside Holmfirth Festival of Folk organiser Alex Bywaters to preview the festival taking place the following weekend (11-13th May). The show is available to listen to HERE
